APPLICATION
Register for our Blackbaud enrollment system and fill out the easy on-line application – Click Here to Start!
– download the Student Records & Discipline Report Form
– download the Principal or Dean Recommendation Form
– Fill out both forms and present to the head or registrar of your child’s current school for processing. Once you have the forms completed you can upload them directly to the blackbaud enrollment system.
If you need to email forms instead, please send to admissions@psmnow.com and make sure to include your child’s name on any paperwork!
REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT
Once you have submitted all required forms your application is complete. Next, we will review all paperwork and send an admissions decision via email. Once accepted, you will be provided with a contract to sign at which time you will pay the $300 registration fee per student. Once the registration fee is paid, Congratulations! Your child is a Providence St. Mel Knight! You will receive an official welcome letter along with information on submitting health forms and a birth certificate prior to the first day of school.
ONLINE TUITION SETUP
The final steps include signing up for our online tuition payment system as well as paying a deposit for books, materials, and the curriculum resource fee.
